Warranty
Mocha Coffee aims to fully satisfy all it's customers on any of our products or services. Any warranty claims can be arranged through the web (return to warehouse freight is payable by the customer) or goods can be brought directly to our warehouse with proof of purchase.
Any products found not working on arrival must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt. If the product needs to be replaced, a replacement will be shipped immediately after receiving the faulty item.
Mocha Coffee will repair or send any faulty products for repair to the manufacturer or importer. If the product cannot be repaired, then a replacement will be provided to the customer. Warranty claims will be processed as quickly as possible and Mocha Coffee will attempt to dispatch the goods back to the customer within 10 working days of receiving the goods, providing required parts are available. Warranty repairs or exchange of products will only occur by evaluation of a qualified Mocha Coffee technician.
With regards to espresso machines purchased, the machines are to be used solely for their intended purpose. Any misuse of the machine such as running the boiler dry, not putting water in the tank, dry pumping the pump, dropping of handles or any accessories or any damaged caused by person or persons is not covered by the warranty.
Mocha Coffee must carry out all warranty work unless consent is given to another authorised service centre by Mocha Coffee. If the equipment has been tampered with or serviced by any unauthorised person, the warranty will be null and void.
Mocha Coffee is not liable for any loss or damage due to malfunction of the product.

All appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that your personal information is respected and kept confidential. The personal information collected from you, is used solely for your transactions with Mocha Coffee and is never shared with other organizations.

Shipping
Although we take every effort to despatch orders the next day, delivery of goods can take between five and ten working days. This time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to. Please provide accurate address details when placing an order.
